When you meet Queer people in the workplace and think we seem unduly stressed, it's often because we're well aware we must be better and work harder to earn half as much as many of our counterparts, since some mediocre straight people fear competition with the competent and will do almost anything to avoid sharing power.
We're not aggressive. We're aggrieved.
We're not angry. We're anguished.
It's called focus.
