Consider using the following response to your next offer of employment:
"Thank you so much. I really appreciate this opportunity. I'm curious: what kinds of straight supremacy might your Queer employees warn me I might experience each day at your company."
Some well-meaning hiring and talent acquisition managers might respond with corporate DEI boilerplate. Not good enough. You're more valuable than that. We all are.
Those managers truly committed to Queer empowerment will be proud of their track records and achievements, and will want to put you in touch with Queer employees so you can ask them this questions directly.
If they don't, all you have to do is ask. It's your choice and you have the power.
