Pride washing is the protection racket some companies use to pretend their workplaces are open and affirming, in the hope of preventing PR incidents and lawsuits. But it's painfully obvious when they collect rainbow flags with one hand while hoarding power and profits with the other. And that's why queer workers must get empowered and unite!
